I am grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with each of my students.
My teaching style is thoughtful and calming, allowing students to turn inward to relax and focus more deeply as they work on increasing strength and flexibility.
I encourage my students to honor their bodies and physical limitations as they practice, offering modifications for either more or less of a challenge.
A few of the reasons why I practice yoga are to reduce stress, to complement my running, and to prepare for meditation.

I am Yoga Alliance certified to teach yoga and prenatal yoga, and am CPR/AED certified.
